Through our long tenor of working in The Bahamas and throughout the Caribbean, we have developed a unique project management approach by establishing trusted relationships with key partners that have enabled us to build projects to American standards.
Our managers live full time in the regions we work and oversee multiple projects throughout the Caribbean. We start by preparing contracts that describe owner expectations and then integrate our team with partners in the region. Integrating our team with local partners has proven to be very successful in management of the day-to-day project as well as government interactions saving the client time and money while allowing us to tap larger labor sources. From The Bahamas to the USVI, we have been successful in low employee turnover and understand the complexity of remote project logistics as well as navigating permitting processes within foreign and local government districts.
